<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><STRONG><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">写字比赛了，早前给学生们打好了预防针，只有写字认真，姿势端正的班级才能参加市里的比赛。虽然与他们课下的谈话中知道学生并未理解这是整班性的一项比赛，甚至有学生在我面前雄心壮志地表达：一定将冠军拿下。权当他们是童言无忌地一笑了之，不过在正式的比赛时，突然发现童言中的真，他们严肃认真的态度，犹如考试般谨慎，反倒令我有些许的不适应。本来想好的那些叨絮的话，一时间都被吞回肚中，此刻，我想惟一该做的事，就是安静地站在我的舞台上，观察它，享受它。</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><STRONG><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">铃声响起，早已在教室里的我静待他们的安静，其他学生在我的注视下个个收敛了自己手中的动作，小健一幅未见其人之样，自顾自地哼着歌，只剩他一人时，却突闻其声：这节是什么课？同学告诉他后，他又在那哦了半天。终于按捺不住，我让他站了起来，问他上课铃声响应该怎么做？他恍然发现事态之重，小声说：要安静。转入正轨，课上问学生知道什么是艳阳天吗？大部分学生都在摇头，说不知道，忽然小健又来个大声连续地“不知道不知道不知道……”这回我等他把这些个不知道说完，学生们个个端坐在座位上，甚至有人愤愤不平说：别说了，老师生气了。虽然怒气已升至嗓子口，却在这个不平声中散去了，我又让小健站起来，问他：课上想表达，应该怎么做？他头一低：举手。后来的课渐渐平稳起来。站在舞台上，有时得倾听台下的声音，并不只有一种声音会惊扰你的思绪，因为你，俨然成了学生关注的演员，有人不在意，有人却是意会你的那一个。</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><STRONG><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">放学，将学生们全数放回去，只稀疏地留下了几个等待父母来接的。我在班后画板报，一般留下的学生都只会做自己的事，只有小琦待在身边，看我画画写字。突然小琦冒出个话：老师，你听过《自由飞翔》这首歌吗？我虽听过，却故意说：没有呀，你唱几句给我听。想起前几天小恒同样的问题，然后便高歌几句我听的场景，暗笑，这不会是情景再现吧。但出乎意料，他羞涩地说：我忘了。哈，小家伙不好意思唱呢。终于只剩小琦一个了，没想他成了打开的话匣子，与我聊起了爸妈的事情，可惜我却一直没弄明白他说爸爸开的厂里是干什么的。问起他以后是不是想当老板，他说当然，还要赚很多钱。我逗他，赚了很多钱是不是会忘了老师呀？只见小琦一本正经地说：那是不可能滴，我要赚好几个亿请老师吃大餐。晕倒，忽然想起以前的小轩说等以后转学到了香港，长大赚了钱就给我买栋别墅，把我接过去住的话，现在又来一个请吃大餐的，心里真是乐开了花。在我的舞台上，享受学生给予的快乐，心中充满了小小的幸福。</SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: #006400; FONT-SIZE: 14pt" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></P><SPAN style="COLOR: #ff0000; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 作者说：能共度某个时光，是多么可贵的一件事。只是何必在意共度时光的这个某人是谁，恋人也好，学生也罢。人生的舞台很精彩，只需静静地享受这份快乐便好。</STRONG></SPAN>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[幸福的午餐，告别饼干的日子]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">第一次</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">听学生问我：“今天午餐吃什么<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">呀？”那期待的小脸蛋上，口水似乎马上会从他的小嘴里流出来。他们边打开盖子，边惊讶地喊着：“哇塞，今天吃鸡排耶！”笑笑问他们：“是不是觉得最近的菜好吃点了呀？”在齐声的“是——”后，有几个古灵精怪的孩子问：“为什么最近的菜好吃了呢？”告诉他们是换了厨子的原因，“哦，那那个厨子是不是不来了？”摇摇头，只能告诫他们要珍惜现在的幸福午餐。只有这个，无法向他们保证。</SPAN></SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">如果说孩子天真无邪可爱。而我们老师，是否在心的角落里，也有那些许的童稚在呢？</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">记得三个星期前，走到食堂门口，从里面出来的老师们神神秘秘地说：今天胃口大开哟；恩，菜色不错；哇吃得好饱；嘿嘿，快去快去。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">看到快餐盘里的菜，我们都傻了眼，今天遇上了什么好事？连汤也是鲍鱼汤。当一切归于肚时，却还不敢置信自己的眼睛和那圆滚滚的肚皮。后来见到两张陌生的脸，小声议论着是否占了她们的福气。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">第二天，教室里，哇塞——蟹都出来啦。去食堂里吃饭的老师后来炫耀说：今天是咸肉萝卜汤。那神情，和孩子无异。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">以前在教室里看到只有两个字——浪费，菜是整桶地倒掉，只有汤是大部分学生爱吃的。从不规定他们要吃完，因为自己都无法做到，看到食盆盖子边缘的霉渍（如果未发现的老师那就对不住了，因为每次吃饭都能看到那霉渍），胃就开始搅动，再怎么消毒，这发霉的感觉很难受，胡乱咽几口。于是，抽屉里最少不了的就是饼干。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">而现在，套用欢老师的话：哇塞，那蛋是整碗的，吃了那个就饱了。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">是的，不知何时起，午餐之前，肚子里的小食虫就会期盼着今天的午餐吃什么。那一种幸福的满足感油然而生。</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">于是，在这样幸福的午餐里，饼干在抽屉里发软而不自觉。挥挥手，向它们say goodbye</SPAN></H4>
<H4><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">只是这幸福的日子呀，还能维持多久……</SPAN></H4>

<title><![CDATA[疑惑——家长开放日后感]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">终于结束了家长日，卸下满身疲惫，<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">无奈于这闷闷的天气，闷闷的</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">教室，闷闷的心情。</SPAN></SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></SPAN>刚舒了口气，下午三堂课——上课听课上课，没有一丝空闲去批改早上余留的作业，想着第一节课大家那重奏似的背课声，正如同事脱口说的那样：因为在乎，所以焦虑，在怨声连连的同时，更多的却是实实在在的认真。耳边还回响着茅老师戏说似的话：刚奋斗完了小作文，明天继续奋斗大作文，红红的太阳照常会升起。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">家长的到场率很高，44个孩子，来了36个家长。细细观察了下，热情点的家长会与你笑笑，聊聊孩子的状况。大部分外地的家长都是签好名，即使下课也坐在教室里。陌生面孔的，基本是素着脸，刚对上眼睛就别去他方，生怕找着他们似的。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">不知是否是这雨天湿气的闷热，一教室满满的人，到处充斥着浮躁感。抽烟的、讲话的，嗡嗡的声音，闹的头疼。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">理解学校的出发点是好的，但任何事情都是双面的。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">在意的家长会觉得这样近距离了解孩子的状况非常好，也有家长是无奈来的，挤了点时间，好不容易挨到晨会结束，急急地跑过来问我：“老师，我有事，能先走吗？”我笑笑说：“当然可以。”有的孩子见父母要走，急红了眼，眼泪就那么“啪”地掉了下来。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">想到数学课刚下课时小星的眼泪，小朋友大声告诉我说：“因为她爸爸妈妈没有来。”我只好安慰她：“也许爸爸妈妈有事等会就来了，还有许多小朋友的爸爸妈妈会看着你的，只要你表现好，认识你爸爸妈妈的人一定会告诉他们的。”看她抽泣着，只能无奈地摸摸她的头。语文课时，她那小眼睛一个劲地往窗外瞅，那个期盼啊……</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">家长开放日的效果真的那样好吗？有时我会质疑，在曾经的“惊艳”到现在的“习惯”，家长们在乎的是什么？看过一年级家长的反馈，意见最多的无非是：孩子举手了，老师没喊到，老师不能那么偏心。我记得在交纸的时候，有个外地的家长还特意对我说了句：老师，你觉得写的还可以吧，没人和我一样吧。我无奈地笑笑，无言以对。也许她理解“反馈意见”就是提意见，最好和别人不一样才算好吧。今天尝试了下，让没发言过的孩子发言吧，猛个喊她起来读书，结果她愣在那里差点掉了眼泪，或许真被我这突如其来的方式给吓着了。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">从今天的课来说，几个班的老师交流了下，都觉得孩子的表现是没有平时好的，“人来疯”的现象比比皆是。小头皮不停地往爸妈那看，在提醒几次后，后面的爸妈终于按捺不住，走到教室窗口处，冲着孩子就说：“认真点，别往后看。”临走时，五六个家长提出质疑：“老师，我孩子平时上课就是这样东张西望的吗？”我无奈地说：“不是，平时表现不错的，今天你来了，有点活络。”“哦，哦，老师，你一定要严格点，看他这样调皮真难过死了。”瞅着他们的埋怨，心中只能暗想：难道要老师板着脸，破口大骂才算严格。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">课下一家长看到孩子在看课外书，而其他学生在背书，她热络地说：“老师，我对他说课外书么不要带到学校里，在学校里就好好读书，你看他不来背书，在那里看什么书呀？”只能尴尬地告诉她：“是我让他们带课外书出来的，平时在课间多阅读也是好的。”她马上一转：“是的呀，我这孩子就是太调皮了。我平时没有时间，总是加班，老师你多费心了。”</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">想到早上听隔同规老师说，好玩问了下学生今天家长为什么没来，那孩子回答说：“我爸爸妈妈说：听了很多遍了，没什么好听的，都一样。”是否在工作与听课间，其实也有很多家长是选择了工作，因为教育是老师的事情。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">静静的夜里，思绪却千丝万缕。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">我们该如何教导孩子？我们的方向在哪里？</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">本是一个纯的世界，孩子与我，就像别了家长，让他们写字时放了些音乐给他们，告诉他们，心静了，字也就写好了。听着柔柔的乐声，孩子们忽地觉得外面体育课的哨声也刺耳，玩耍声也焦灼。一曲刚完，便邀着想再听一首。我们在这纯的世界里，用心交流。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">家长是这个世界里的一笔浓彩，晕染好了，是幅赏心悦目的水墨画，晕染坏了，也就是个墨团。</SPAN></H3>
<H3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">只站在自己的角度看这个世界，我更喜欢纯的世界里，淡淡的水墨晕染点点，浓了，便浊了……</SPAN></H3>

<H4><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">期中的调研让我彻底醒悟，我错了。</SPAN></H4>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 21.1pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 1.5" class=MsoNormal><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">由于从来没有上过二年级的公开课，再加上没有试上，一开始对于这节课的设计我多少有点不自信，经过自己多次的修改，到最后感觉成熟不少，不过还是有太多的模仿的痕迹。其实<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:chmetcnv UnitName="a" SourceValue="2" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on"><SPAN lang=EN-US>2a</SPAN></st1:chmetcnv><SPAN lang=EN-US> unit<st1:chmetcnv UnitName="a" SourceValue="6" HasSpace="True" Negative="False" NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on">6 a</st1:chmetcnv> picnic </SPAN>这课和<SPAN lang=EN-US>1b unit<st1:chmetcnv UnitName="in" SourceValue="6" HasSpace="True" Negative="False" NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on">6 in</st1:chmetcnv> the park </SPAN>这课有些类似，<st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="都是在">都是在</st1:PersonName>教授了离说话人近的句子<SPAN lang=EN-US>What</SPAN>’<SPAN lang=EN-US>s this?</SPAN>和<SPAN lang=EN-US> What are these</SPAN>？的基础上教授离说话人远的句子<SPAN lang=EN-US>What</SPAN>’<SPAN lang=EN-US>s that?</SPAN>和<SPAN lang=EN-US> What are those?</SPAN>所以在教授的时候我也可以进行了对比，学生对于句子的掌握也较好。反倒是在教授单词<SPAN lang=EN-US>an ant</SPAN>，<SPAN lang=EN-US>a butterfly</SPAN>，<SPAN lang=EN-US>a flower</SPAN>，<SPAN lang=EN-US>a tree</SPAN>单复数形式的时候显的有点仓促和机械，仓促尤其体现在<SPAN lang=EN-US>butterfly</SPAN>及其复数的教授速度太快，课后我想或许这个单词可以不教。机械也体现在单词的操练上，除了让学生开火车读，小组读，男女生读并无新意，在<SPAN lang=EN-US>chant </SPAN>的设计上我也略显得模式化，突破较小，有待改进。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 22pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">课堂伊始，王老师直奔乘法这一主题，以两道口算题“<SPAN lang=EN-US>20</SPAN>×<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>、<SPAN lang=EN-US>20</SPAN>×<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>”引导学生复习整十数乘一位数的口算，并让学生说说是怎样算的。学生很快说出了答案，并且说明了算法。如口算<SPAN lang=EN-US>20</SPAN>×<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>，先算<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>乘<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>得<SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN>，再添上一个<SPAN lang=EN-US>0</SPAN>，就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>40</SPAN>。在随后的新课教学中，学生很自然地把整十数乘一位数的口算方法迁移到了整百数乘一位数的口算来，同样很容易地算出了答案。接着，教师巧妙地利用计数器让学生明白了其中的算理，有效地突破了教学重点和难点。如<SPAN lang=EN-US>200</SPAN>×<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>，百位上的<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>表示<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>个百，乘上<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>，就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>个百，所以只要在<SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>的后面添<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>个<SPAN lang=EN-US>0</SPAN>就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>600</SPAN>。在接下来的口算练习中，学生在进一步明确算理的基础上，都能很快地进行整百数乘一位数的口算。而在让学生说说是怎样算的时候，学生同样能轻松地说出算法，而教师也并未要求学生用算理来解释。相反的是，另一位教师利用方格图引导学生明白算理后，但教师在引导学生明白其中的算理之后，却把算理当成了算法。学生明明已经回答了“怎样算的”问题，教师却还让学生用算理来解释“怎样算的”，如让学生学着老师说：“把<SPAN lang=EN-US>400</SPAN>看成<SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN>个百，乘上<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>得<SPAN lang=EN-US>12</SPAN>个百，<SPAN lang=EN-US>12</SPAN>个百就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>1200</SPAN>。”。在随后的口算练习中，教师不时让学生用算理来解释是怎样算的，结坚果却事与愿违，学生很难说出这么一段略显拗口的话。直到下课时，教师让学生说说整百数乘一位数是怎样算的，学生还是用算法来回答，而教师还在努力引导学生讲算理。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 22pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">其实，算理是计算的理论依据，解决的是为什么这样算的问题；算法是计算的方法，解决的是怎样算的问题。算理为计算提供了正确可靠的思维过程，而算法则为计算提供了方便快捷的操作方法。两者虽是一个不可分割的整体，但不能混为一谈。“理”贵在明，而不是重在像复述句子一样去机械地说。算理是对计算的内在支撑，方法是计算的外显手段，重在实际使用。既然学生已有的知识和经验得到了激活，又较好地明白了算理，那么学生对计算方法就有了新的认识和构建。因此，在实际计算时，不必纠缠于说算理。显然，王凌老师充分认识到了算理和算法之间内在的联系，引导学生用“计”来算，以“理”得法，使学生在真正理解算理的基础上构建算法，实现算法的结构化。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 22pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">如前所说，整百数乘一位数的口算很简单，学生学习起来并非难事。从教学的实际情况来看，也的确如此。尤其是口算练习时，学生情绪高涨，回答问题十分踊跃。有的学生高举小手，甚至整个人都快站直了；有的学生一边举手，一边嘴里发出“嗯、嗯”的声音，不断提示老师我想回答问题。再加上王凌老师说话风趣，充满亲和力，学生更是积极。往往是王老师走到哪，学生高举的手就随着指到哪，课堂气氛非常热烈。而王老师透过这些高举的小手，却敏锐地发现，还有两个同学坐得端端正正，似乎没有受到大家的感染，从未举手回答问题。王老师没有叫其他同学回答，而是选择了等待，并且用语言提示：“还有两位同学没举手。”然而，那两位同学还是端坐着不动。王凌老师并没有放弃，他装作自言自语地说：“<SPAN lang=EN-US>400</SPAN>乘<SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>，只要算<SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN>乘<SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>，再添<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>个<SPAN lang=EN-US>0</SPAN>就行了。”在他巧妙地提示下，那两位同学终于举起了手，不过，其中一位同学还是没有算对。王凌老师仍旧耐心地鼓励他：“很好，你有勇气回答问题了，而且有一半被你说对了，再认真想想。”等待，不厌其烦；点拨，循循善诱。在以后的教学中，这两位同学竟然自信地一次又一次地举起了手，老师也不失时机地把机会让给他们。我不禁为王凌老师的细心和耐心所折服。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 22pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">我们经常会看到或说到这样一句话：“在课堂上，要关注每一位学生。”但是，说起来容易，做起来却并不容易。很多时候，我们发现在课堂上需要关注的有很多。比如，要关注自己的教学是否顺利，课件的设计和使用是否合理，学生的回答是不是跟自己预设中的一样，有没有达成教学目标，完成教学任务，等等。而恰恰很少去真正地关注学生，尤其是课堂的“死角”，个别的“闲人”。我在以往的听课时注意到这样一个现象，课堂上有位学生站起来发言后，老师没有说“坐下”，那位学生就站着。在接下来的教学中，那位学生就一直站在那里。而上课的老师竟然没有发现，继续着自己的组织教学。甚至，有的学生一直站到下课，老师也熟视无睹。每当这时，我总是在想，不管学生的回答是否正确，老师都应该让其坐下。当然，很多时候很多老师并不是有意的，而是没注意到。但这显然不是理由，相反，恰恰反映出老师的眼里其实并没有学生，同时也折射出“关注每一位学生”这句话落实到行动上时的苍白无力，也就常常成了挂在嘴边的一句口号。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28.4pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 24pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.03"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">薛法根老师则再现他清简、厚实、睿智的教学风格。薛老师《哪吒闹海》一课，确定了四个教学内容：朗读、概述、讲述、转述。前两个板块是围绕课文做文章（朗读、概述的都是课文的文字），后面两个板块是用课文做文章（讲述、转述的都是对课文文字的增加或更改）。薛老师向我们展示了“用教材”与“教教材”的界限，薛老师牢牢地把握住“教材无非是个例子”，他没有外加大量的补充资料，也没有多媒体课件，也没有照本宣科读文本、讲文本，而是围绕文本内容进行语言本身的理解和运用。薛老师“练习朗读”、“学习概述”两个板块侧重于“理解”，“学习讲述”、“学习转述”侧重于学习运用。薛老师的这一课真正体现了教者以教材文本为凭借，以学生语言能力发展为目标，扎扎实实地把语文课上成了言语实践课。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 24pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">暑期，女儿到常客隆社会实践，做索福特品牌的推销员，自<SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>月底上班到明天结束，也差不多近两个月，中间除了外出旅游、上书法班和同学聚会请了几天假之外，没有休息日，天天早晚班从早上六点半到十一点半，晚上五点一刻到九点半，午班十一点一刻到五点半，确实非常辛苦。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 24pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">尽管有一点经济上的收入，但我并不看重这些，我感觉通过这一阶段的体验，她对于生活的感受更深了。“还是读书比较轻松”。这是她上班没几天就得出的结论，上课虽说也不容易，但毕竟有课间休息，课堂上可以开开小车，读书努力就好，本想工作应该没什么负担，不曾想即使是一个实习的推销员也是要完成指标任务的。“挣这些钱生活真不容易”。这是她了解到那些长期工的收入后的感受，一千多的工资收入，作为一个成人需要养家糊口，太难了，她感觉这些收入几乎不能消费什么了，日常开销都感觉得紧。“社会真得很复杂，比想象的还要复杂。”不知什么原因，有一天她哭了，当晚上我去接她的时候，她感慨人真得有时候让人搞不明白，我没有深究这背后到底是什么情况，只是告诉她社会本来就是丰富多彩的，我们不可能要求别人的想法跟我们一样，误会不理解都是站在不同的角度去看问题，其实很正常，只要自己能把握好心态就好。我相信</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">以上的几点只是她这次打工经历的感受到的一小部分，愿意跟我交流的一部分，其实对于她自身来讲收获的还会更多。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
